Rain Water Comes Up Through Crawl Space Floor

Water can easily move its way up through the soil of a crawl space that is unprotected if a water table is simply too high for the foundation.

Rain water comes up through crawl space floor. All the water and moisture in the gravel back fill has to evaporate into the structure. If the water level in your crawl space goes up the problem is most likely caused by your household plumbing. The space in between each adjacent pair of flow lines is called a flow channel.
