Fortunately universal floor drain extender kits can raise. Pack deck mud onto the floor over the mesh starting at the drain and working your way toward the walls.
It will require a few specialized tools and quite possibly replacement tile. Remove the tile adhesive by applying paint remover and scrubbing with a scrub brush.
